Pathway Mission Initiative

Pathway Mission Initiative is a community-centered ministry through which we’re able to provide for families in need.

The Christmas Store

The Christmas Store is an annual outreach where we provide families with the opportunity to come in and “shop” for Christmas gifts at no cost. Through this event we seek to honor and uplift those who may be struggling around this time of year.

At this invitation-only event, families come and choose toys for their children as well as household items such as towels, blankets, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We provide some light refreshments and coffee while they wait for their personal shopper to escort them through the store. Once they’ve made all their choices, we’ll help them load all of it into their car – along with some wrapping paper!

This year we will be taking all necessary safety measures in light of the pandemic, and we would love to invite you to join us! There are three ways you can get involved with this Christmas outreach:

01. Shop our Amazon List

We’ve filled this wish list with all the items we know we’ll need for our families. It’s easy to use – simply pick out what you’d like to buy, and you can have Amazon send it right to us!

02. Print a list and shop

We’ve made a printable list with all the basics of what we need, so if you’d like to do the shopping yourself – you can!

03. Give financially

If shopping for toys and household items isn’t your thing, we welcome donations as well. You can donate online, in person, or via check – just make sure to let us know that your gift is specifically for the Christmas Store.

04. Volunteer

This event takes place on December 12th, and we can absolutely use your help! To sign up, click the button below and fill out the form.

What is PMI?

PMI, or Pathway Mission Initiative, is a ministry of Pathway Vineyard. This ministry has three areas of focus – Maine, Spain, and the Dominican Republic – and one goal: to provide tangible support to those who need help.

In Maine

PMI funds all of our benevolent activities in Maine, which include events like the Christmas Store and programs like our Food Pantry and Drive-Thru Meals.

In Spain

For many years, we’ve felt called to support what God is doing in the Basque Country of Spain. Through PMI, we are able to provide assistance to a church plant led by the Rojas family, who have been faithfully serving there for about 20 years.

In The Dominican Republic

The DR is another location that we feel called to. Through Pathway Mission Initiative, we work with Vineyard churches across the island to help them build, restore, and gather in their communities.
